Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced recruiter in healthcare:,

  • Excellent ability to prioritize recruiting needs of our clients and change direction as needed
  • Quickly and effectively understand the requirements of the job brief passed to you by BDM’s.
  • Convert job briefs into attractive and persuasive opportunities that attract skilled talent.
  • Create and publish job adverts on careers pages, job boards and social media.
  • Efficiently source, screen and evaluate candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
  • Should have a good connections or database of healthcare professionals.
  • Source and contact passive candidates online, head hunting when necessary.
  • Smartly use local and International tools to best meet the needs of our clients.
  • Maintain talent pools for ongoing and future requirements for new and existing clients.
  • Expertly recruit for multiple clients across projects and across industries.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics and procedures for niche position.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years healthcare recruitment experience.

Additional Information:

  • Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Recruitment consultant or similar.
  • Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
  • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Local and International recruitment experience and/or network.
